Often easy to see that people think to lose weight this time of the year all they have to do is throw on the running shoes and start jogging. Little do they know that there only jogging there way into a big hole, and a quick way to add back on the pounds they may lose for the week or so they jog. If you want to cut, drop a couple, lose the tire, try interval training, try fartlek training, dont just jog. Its boring, and if your in denial right now, check back with me in a couple weeks.
The best way to drop those pounds in to use interchangeable workouts. Workouts that challenge your body, as a whole, every day you decide to hit the gym. Its the same principle as your not gonna lose belly fat by just doing sit ups, your body as an entire unit needs to be challenged to drop the weight.
Example workout below= Workout of the day
Warm-up: Run 1 mile, steady pace. Take not of time.
3x isolation holds: shoulder press, push ups( @the bottom), L-sit, Squats (@the bottom)
hold each for 30 seconds then move on to the next
3x15 Squats (use BW if you can)
3x15 Pull-ups
3x15 Step ups (quick feet)
3x15 Seated Rows
Next 21-15-9
Shoulder Press-Russian Twists-Curls
